The firm of ADESANYA & PARTNERS was established in Lagos in 1992. We are Quantity Surveyors, Project and Construction Managers.
As Project Managers with highly tuned negotiation skills, based on extensive experience, our Project Managers monitor expenditure and bring projects in on budget and on time whilst preserving the quality and standards envisaged by the Client. The benefits and advantage our Project Managers offer to Clients extend beyond real time and cost savings. The Superior Management put in place from the beginning of a project helps our Clients avoid unforeseen delays, fictitious claims and other obstacles to the project’s success.
As Registered Quantity Surveyors we act chiefly as Cost Managers on projects whether building, civil or heavy engineering works. We establish cost at brief stage and advice on management and appropriate construction procurement method. With our specialist training, we prepare legal and technical documents and monitor project expenditure right from initial conception through the design stages to final completion and commissioning which gives Clients value for money.
Where required by clients, we take full responsibility for Project Design & Management. We have a highly experienced, multi-professional team of likeminded professionals with a common goal to produce a well-designed and managed project within the shortest possible time and approved budget.
